At Bjärshögsskolan, we have the unique privilege of bringing preschool, primary school (Grades F–6), adapted primary school (Grades 1–6), as well as after-school centers, youth clubs, and youth centers under one roof. Having so many operations in the same building is seen as a huge advantage – it creates a consistent thread in children's development, increases security, and opens up for invaluable exchange of knowledge and perspectives. In this role, you teach textile crafts and are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on teaching based on the curriculum and the school's goals. Clear leadership is a natural part of your working style, and you create a learning environment where students know what is expected of them and are given the opportunity to succeed.

You become part of a close collaboration within the work team where you jointly take responsibility for the students' development, plan the operations, and create an stimulating and inclusive learning environment. Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with eligibility in crafts, preferably with a focus on textile crafts. You who are a certified after-school teacher with eligibility to teach crafts are also welcome to apply.

To succeed in the assignment, we see that you have experience of meeting students with NPF (Neurodevelopmental Disorders) and good knowledge of clarifying pedagogy. You have a relational approach and create conditions for all students to feel safe, succeed, and develop based on their prerequisites.

We are looking for a colleague who appreciates collaboration and sees the strength in developing operations together with others. You contribute actively to the planning, implementation, and follow-up of teaching and have the ability to combine good structure with flexibility based on student needs and operational goals.
